Ok. Ok. Ok. This has to be either the dumbest or most in-genius internet start up ideas I have seen in a while. This site called Bopaboo.com wants you to sell your used mp3’s.

I am thinking the point is that the RIAA and such seem to claim that digital copies are like physical CDs. If MP3’s are like CD’s then why cant they be resold like CD’s? Reselling CD’s are currently perfectly legal. Holy shit. This might just be a stroke of genius… or some gutsy fools about to get sued into the next millennium.
